When Estēe Lauder chose to revive Prescriptives as an exclusively online brand, new positioning was required to reach out to an existing consumer base. With the tag “You asked. We listened,” we re-engaged former clients, reassuring them that their beloved products were available again.
Simultaneously, the goal to cultivate a new, younger consumer informed all copy written for the website redesign, social platforms and video scripts announcing the relaunch.
