La Mer was asked to provide educational yet compelling tutorial videos to appear on Sephora.com for various products. I wrote the scripts to feel as natural and relatable as possible ("best-friend-casually-talking-to-you-vibe") and have a hook at the opening to attract and hold the attention of the viewer. The resulting videos are now Sephora's examples as "best in class" for other brands to use as a template when creating their tutorial videos. Additionally, the CEO of La Mer lauded them as capturing the new voice for the brand.
