Ultra-luxe skincare infused with proprietary “Miracle Broth” is a potent USP, but La Mer wanted its promise to resonate with a younger consumer.

For the brand’s Sephora launch, I devised a new voice to attract millennial buyers. The engaging, wink-wink copy (“soft yet hardcore”) was featured on in-store displays (“gondolas”) and sephora.com.

Social platforms and emails further extended the reach of the relatable, attainable “girlfriend voice” that connected with the target consumer.
